Agrocorp, a Karnataka-based second-home developer, has announced the launch of Vacation Village, its premium second-home development and management brand, alongside its flagship project in Chikkamagaluru. Nestled in Karnataka’s scenic hill district, the project is envisioned as a thoughtfully curated hill-home community amidst the lush landscapes of the Western Ghats.

Surrounded by sprawling coffee plantations, rolling hills, and panoramic mountain vistas, the development offers views of iconic landmarks, including Mullayanagiri, Karnataka’s highest peak. Designed to blend nature, architecture, and community living, the project aims to deliver an elevated second-home experience for discerning buyers.

The master-planned development follows a Neo-Classical architectural theme, emphasising symmetry, proportion, and cohesive design aesthetics. Rather than a conventional plotted layout, Vacation Village has been conceptualised as a destination-style residential community. Chikkamagaluru, renowned for its coffee estates, pleasant climate, and growing appeal as a leisure and wellness destination, has witnessed increasing demand from homebuyers seeking holiday homes and weekend retreats. The region also enjoys connectivity to major urban centres such as Bengaluru, Mangaluru, and Mysuru.

Vacation Village is being offered as a plotted development with end-to-end construction support. Buyers can choose plots within the community and build homes in line with the project’s architectural guidelines and density norms. The developer will provide architectural concepts, 3D elevation designs, and construction services to ensure design consistency across the community.

According to the company, plot prices start at ₹50 lakh onwards, while construction costs will be charged separately, giving buyers the flexibility to plan their investment and construction timelines according to their preferences.
